had to reference my old sketchbook for how to draw this striped beast species I’d conceived around 6 years ago called a thyacosma. The horns were always much closer to the edge of nose. It’s been awhile since I’ve drawn them.

Anyway, this a scene from Reverie where It takes on the form of one of these beasts. I combined some other elements from the story, including the crystal balls and even worked in Maturin.
